Week 1: July 13 - July 19 (Virtual 5K)

Week 2: July 20 - July 26

Week 3: July 27- August 2

Challenge Descriptions

​

Week 1: Run an all out 5K on a course of your choice! The breakdown for how many points you can earn this week will be sent out the Sunday before the week begins.

​

​

How to submit your 5K time: Send a screenshot of your GPS data to macncheeseraces@gmail.com.  

​

Prizes for week 1 include Fastest Age-Graded Male, Fastest Age-Graded Female, and the Average Joe and Jill (male and female closest to the average 5K time from week 1).

​

​

Week 2: Elevation gain.  Stretch those quads, they're going to hurt!

​

​

Week 3: Mileage.  Bust out that new pair of running shoes and run those miles!

​

​

Week 4: Get ready to race!

Note that overall awards will be based on cumulative point total from all the challenges.  All overall winners will be asked to provide GPS data from all challenges to verify their results.  Any missing data will result in removal of points from that challenge from the participant's overall score. 

​

EVERY person registered will be emailed a digital coupon for a FREE classic mac 'n cheese from the Mac 'N Noodles food truck at the conclusion of the event.

​

The results spreadsheet, found below, will be updated throughout the competition.  Check it often for the most up to date results!
